Surfing at El Porto Beach
Go early-morning to watch surfers at El Porto Beach in Manhattan Beach. The waves are a little bigger here, which makes for a great spectacle. You can even sign up for surf lessons if you plan ahead. Bring your bikes for a little ride down the beach, or walk to brunch at Sloopy's Beach Cafe.
